ABOUT US

Purpose.

In accordance with the Unchanging Word of God we seek and pursue the propagation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. At the centre of all we do is Christ’s Commission to go into all the World and Preach the Gospel to all people, baptising those who believe that they may be filled with the Holy Spirit and come to know their holy standing before God and the personal relationship with God that is made possible through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Our vision includes the welfare and improvement of mankind through the provision of Social Welfare and Relief Work, Hostels, benevolent missionary work and other such ministries as we seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need.

In providing such care we desire first and foremost that the love of Christ be shared and experienced by men and women of all nations across the world.

History.

NTM has its name from the Founder of the ministry, Neil Thomas Ministries (NTM).

In his early years the Founder of NTM was deeply challenged to reach nations beyond Australian borders with God’s Word.

Beginning in the nations of the South Pacific, NTM Missions have spread to other parts of the World, delivering the liberating Gospel of Jesus Christ and God’s call to “Be Holy as I the Lord your God Am Holy “(1 Peter 1:16) to thousands of men, women and children.

Holding to the teachings of John Wesley, the founder of the early Methodist church and missionary movement, NTM continues to encourage men and women from all nations in the life changing message of Christian Holiness and the Spirit-filled life that we can now have through Jesus Christ.

Since the establishment of NTM Family Worship Centres the Word of God and message of Christian Holiness has reached several people and nations through Schools, Colleges, Orphanages, Churches and various avenues of media.

What We Believe.

We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God, and that every person can walk with God in their life through an intimate and personal relationship through Jesus Christ.

This begins with repenting of our sin and believing in our heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died and was punished for the sin of mankind and rose again to life.

Through His precious life and sacrifice, we can be forgiven of all sin. We believe that one must be born again and be baptsied into the life of Christ in order to live in the power of God’s love. In baptism we die to sin and are raised up with a new nature, the nature of Christ. As a clean vessel God’s Holy Spirit can come and live in us and as we live as God’s Holy children He can lead us into all truth and His purpose for our lives.

“Be Holy for I the Lord God am Holy” – 1 Peter 1:16

We believe that God’s purpose for our lives is His holiness. This is not accomplished by our efforts but rather through the death and resurrection of Jesus we have been made holy.

As we lay hold of who we are in Christ we are free to live Holy lives and fulfill the greatest commandment to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and our neighbours as ourselves – Mark 12:29-31.
